I was born and raised in Cincinnati. When I was younger, my dad moved us from a small one-bedroom house downtown to just outside the city, wanting a bigger yard and space for my future siblings and me to grow into.

In that backyard, my dad taught me the importance of family, giving 100% effort, and staying positive. He was always there, playing football, kickball, or cornhole with us. Watching him balance work and home life so well inspired me to make time for family and loved ones.

My dad’s positivity and dedication to doing his best in everything left a lasting impression on me. This competitive spirit trickled down to my siblings and me, turning everything into a “friendly” competition. When I started playing school sports, my dad didn’t care if we won or lost. He just wanted us to try our best. This support made me pour 100% effort into everything I do, a value I’ve carried into my professional life.

These values guided me to Miami University, where I studied Interactive Media, Graphic Design, and Digital Innovation. Throughout my time at Miami and after college, my focus has remained on serving others and finding the best solutions, always with a smile.

My dad’s ability to balance work and family life left a strong mark on me. He taught me that family matters more than anything—they are the ones who will always be there for you. This belief drives me to make myself available to my loved ones, like cheering on my youngest brother play football at University of Cincinnati.

Growing up playing games with my family developed a competitive nature within me, rooted in my dad’s influence. His emphasis on giving my best effort has shaped my professional ethos. Whether in my role as a Digital Content Manager or as a Design Instructor helping students use creativity to think critically, I strive to live by these values.

In every professional endeavor, I am committed to serving others, finding the best solutions, and maintaining a positive attitude. I believe that with a creative mindset you are able to overcome any obstacle. My dad’s teachings have deeply influenced my life and career, and I am passionate about carrying forward these values in all that I do.
